Overview: ConGlobal is the industry-leading provider of intermodal rail terminal services, auto loading and unloading and container depot services. We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.  The CSR's primary role is creating and fostering a strong relationship between ConGlobal and our Customers. Responsibilities: Customer Service RepresentativeMaintains accurate records of customers’ equipment inventory and relevant activitiesDevelops and maintain effective, professional communications with customersMaintains accurate records of all inbound and outbound equipmentInputs repair estimates for Owner of equipmentObtains requisite approvals from Leasers and/or OwnersSchedules equipment surveysAdjusts repair estimates per instructions from surveyor/owner/leaserUpdates TEC when equipment is repairedPrepares billing paperwork for repaired units dailyResponsible for monthly storage and handling billing reportsCoordinates scheduling of on-hires with yard supervisorWorks with shop supervisor to prioritize equipment repairUpdates TEC system with sales equipment repairs and movementThis is an exciting time at ConGlobal and we’re growing our team We offer full-time employees the following; career growth, competitive compensation, benefits, 401K & vacation.
