We are looking for an Outreach HBC Lead for the Paterson Outreach offices to support the NJ FamilyCare program and the customers it serves.  Some responsibilities are:     




Being able to switch from task to task on a greater level than the current HBC. 


Support the research process unit for the SBE (state-based exchange) 


Be available to attend Outreach events.  


Attend team meetings as needed. 


Seasoned processor with strong knowledge of all systems used for processing – SME (subject matter expert) 


Process applications while maintaining an error rate of 5% or below. 


Assist in call center when needed. 


Work independently on projects.  


Assist/train new staff when needed. 


Maintain good attendance and punctuality. 


Handle customers in a professional manner via phone or walk in 


Adhere to changes in policy and procedure - uphold them integrally amongst peers despite your opinion on them. 


Understand some responsibilities will evolve with time  


Performs tasks based on established procedures. 


Uses data organizing and coordination skills to support the business and perform technical work. 


Requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
