Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Client Support Trainer to join our team.
As a Senior Client Support Trainer , you will help us deliver high-quality training sessions to our clients. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs that cover various aspects of our products and services. You will also provide feedback and coaching to our junior trainers and support staff.
Create and update training materials and manuals for our products and services
Conduct live and recorded training sessions for our clients via webinars, video calls, or in-person meetings
Collaborate with the product, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and consistency of the training content and delivery
Mentor and coach junior trainers and support staff on best practices and techniques
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to the training process or the client's needs
 
Bachelor's degree in education, communication, or related field
Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
5+ years of experience in training, coaching, or customer support roles
~3+ years of technical/end-user training, technical training material development, technical

support, telephony systems, networking experience required
~Working with Intrado call handling equipment is a plus
~ Proficient in using various online platforms and tools for training delivery and evaluation
~ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required
~ Ability to travel up to 80%
