As a Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist, you will be responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and reporting. Based upon data, the Specialist will make recommendations for queue coverage, including overtime and offline time. In addition, you will run and provide management reports and make schedule updates as needed.

This role is Hybrid which means you must be located within a drivable distance to our Best Buy Health office in Reno, NV.

What you'll do
  • Modify and adjust schedules in workforce management software as needed
  • Complete forecasting for business
  • Create and maintain training logs and schedules
  • Report attendance daily to leadership
  • Produce on-demand reports as needed

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a metric-driven call center environment

Preferred Qualification
  • Prior experience with workforce management systems such as IEX, Genesys
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong mathematical skills
