Brio Benefit Consulting is looking for a Relationship Manager to join their Employee Benefits Team- this is a Hybrid role.

 

In 2023, we joined Alera Group, an independent national insurance and wealth services firm, offering comprehensive employee benefits, property and casualty insurance, retirement plan services and wealth services solutions to clients nationwide.  This was a strategic move for Brio to facilitate our continued growth.” 

Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Respond to complex client and customer inquiries, non-routine problems and ensures client satisfaction with products, benefits and services.
Coordinates with Strategy Manager to ensure needs are met and potential problems are averted.
Keeps Strategy Manager informed of account status and opportunities
Makes on-site presentations to existing clients and customers to educate and inform.
Involved in new account installations.
Owns or facilitates the account’s open enrollment strategy.
Assists to make sure Brio meet the needs of internal and external demands of clients.
Assists in the development and implementation of strategies and policies relating to client management.
Provides input that positively impacts financial results
Ensures exceptional service and growth through the development of a high performing team

High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Bachelor's Degree
Life, Accident and Health producer license in home state

 

Knowledge:

Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
