Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP) Verification & Approval: Review, verify, and approve AP transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor payments.Payroll Verification & Approval: Oversee payroll verification processes, ensuring all employee hours and compensation are accurately recorded and approved. Note: This role does not involve payroll tax processing.Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile company credit card statements, ensuring all charges are valid and properly documented.
