We are aligned with Rebound Orthopedics. * *Clinical Leader: *Featuring a fast paced multi-specialty ASC performing over 11,000 cases annually. High volume specialties include orthopedics, total joints, neuro, general surgery, total joints, and pain management. We have a highly skilled team of nurses and clinical staff that provide clinical excellence, supporting patients and the surgeons in all phases of the surgical process. * *Company Growth:* Newly opened Interventional Procedural Center and expansion of operating rooms allowing for an additional 1,800 – 2,000 surgeries annually. * *Accreditation: *SWRSC earned an accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), confirming our adherence to excellence in patient care.
*What You Will Do:* * Perform in the scrub role during surgical procedures. * Ensure safe patient care, performance and implementation of Standard of Performance by assisting with correct body alignment in positioning and transferring patients. * Assist circulator in preparation for the next scheduled case. * Provide a well-organized sterile area and observing sterile technique at all times. * Pass instrumentation and suture * Put away supplies in the OR, ensuring package integrity, product sterility and overall orderliness of area. * Assist in the case picking or assembling instrument sets in central sterile as necessary
*What You Will Need:* * Specialized training of 13 to 24 months; diploma from an accredited Surgical Tech Program preferred, but not required. * WA State Surgical Technologist Registration required. * Surgical Technologist certification preferred. * Experience with total joints HIGHLY desirable. * Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers required. * One (1) to two (2) years of scrubbing experience. * Knowledge of sterile technique; operating room procedures and equipment, ability to exercise good judgment and discipline.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $29.89 - $44.83 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Medical Specialty: * Surgery Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Monday to Friday
Experience: * Scrub: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification: * WA State Surgical Technologist Registration (Preferred) * Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred)
