Read BOM and Job travelers. Identify parts and their location. Perform final build of products > 6 months. Ensure proper assembly of component parts into assemblies from procedures, work instructions and/or drawings. Assure quality of all work produced and assure quality of work received from previous operations. Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner as directed. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. One-year final assembly experience preferred. Previous experience in mechanical assembly is preferred. Understanding of World Class manufacturing principles is desirable. Ability to perform simple shop math. Ability to read bill of materials.
