Job Overview:

The Director is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and implementing all aspects of the Regulatory compliance programs and assist with the planning, directing, coordinating and implementing of the Quality program at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor s Degree required in nursing or health-related field,
Minimum five years clinical, management or related experience required,
Strong ability to organize, manage, coordinate and communicate effectively and develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships,
Must be familiar with CMS, TJC, NJDOH, and OSHA regulations, standards, and requirements,
A working knowledge of High Reliability Organization principles is highly desirable,
CPPS or CPHQ preferred or willing to obtain within 5 years,
Previous experience in a related role required,
Previous experience managing a team required,

Scheduling Requirements:

Shift working, 9:00 5:00 each day
Days to work
FT
