Accounting Manager

$120,000/yr.-$130,000/yr. + 10% B

Job Summary -Vaco is currently working with a Medical Manufacturing Company and they have an opening for an Accounting Manager to oversee a team of 3 professionals. Ideal person will have experience with manufacturing/warehouse industry and exposure to SEC reporting, inventory, and accounts payable/receivable accounting. Company is offering hybrid work model plus healthy benefits.

Duties -
  • Oversee 3 direct reports
  • SEC - 10k/10q
  • Analyzing corporate expenses and completing forecasting
  • Payroll general ledger processes
  • Budget vs. actual
  • Financial statement reconciliation
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Fixed assets
  • Month end close
  • Journal entries

Essentials
  • B.S. in Accounting/Finance
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in overseeing a team
  • Experience with SEC - 10k/10qis a must
  • Experience with manufacturing or warehouse industry is a must
  • Must have experience with inventory accounting
  • Exposure to an accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Past experience with MS Excel

9am-5pm
