Location: Kansas City, KS
Schedule: Full-time weekdays, as-needed after hours
Pay: Very competitive based on experience, with an opportunity to earn bonus/commission

The Senior Director of Radiology duties to include but not limited to:
-Provide leadership in the development for continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives for the Radiology service line.
-Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting functions of radiology service line.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives to identify needs and seek full range of business, strategic and operational solutions.
-Ensure efficient services that are designed to meet the needs of patients, physicians, trainees, the public and staff.
-Work in partnership with the Hospital Medical Director for Radiology to develop and execute procedures and policies that ensure quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in the provision of services to patients.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or healthcare related fields
-Master’s degree required (Healthcare Admin, MBA, or related field)
-At least 10 years of healthcare executive leadership experience
-Leadership experience must be within a large health system and/or academic medical center
-Must have experience managing large budgets and team of at least 100+ FTE
