As a key member of the healthcare team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of 6-8 modality managers within the Radiology department, providing guidance and support to ensure effective workflow and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective work plans, identifying resource needs, staffing requirements, and process improvements to optimize departmental performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement ongoing improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adequate resources, including staffing, capital, capacity, and support, to provide high-quality patient care and meet business objectives.
  • Promote positive relationships between the Radiology department and other healthcare teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • State-issued license for Radiology/Imaging professionals.
  • 5-7 years of management experience in a large Imaging department.
