  • Manage all financial and accounting operations within the radiology department.
  • Collaborate with the medical director of radiology to formulate and implement policies and procedures that guarantee high-quality, efficient patient services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or a related healthcare field.
  • A Master's degree is required (preferably in healthcare administration, MBA, or a similar discipline).
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration is essential.

Additional Information:

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Compensation: Competitive salary range

Benefits: Includes 6 weeks of paid time off plus holidays, retirement contributions of 8.05% by the employer, and a 5.5% contribution by the employee, along with an incentive program offering the potential for a 12.5% bonus based on salary.
