The best run DevOps teams in the world choose Perforce. Position Summary:Our leader for the Puppet sales team at Perforce is searching for an Associate Account Executive to join the team. The Associate Account Executive at Perforce will be an entry-level position where individuals will be in the process of acquiring a foundational understanding of sales principles and methodologies. Duties will encompass a broad range of basic responsibilities throughout the sales process, including tasks related to customer acquisition and retention. The Associate Account Executive will collaborate with different team members to ensure adherence to applicable sales regulations and guidelines while gaining practical experience.Responsibilities:Assist in basic customer acquisition and retention activitiesLearn and apply foundational sales principles and methodologiesSupport the sales team in administrative tasks and data entryParticipate in sales meetings and training sessionsHelp maintain customer records and update CRM systemsCollaborate with team members to ensure compliance with sales regulationsAssist in preparing sales reports and presentationsMay be required to support additional products/brands as required.Requirements:Basic understanding of CRM softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to learn and adapt quicklyExcellent organizational skillsEnthusiasm for sales and customer service0-2 years of experience in Sales or a related field Come work with us Our team members are valued for their contributions, introduced to new opportunities, and rewarded well.
