If so, apply now Servos is looking for an Account Executive to help us drive innovation on the ServiceNow platform We Are: An Elite ServiceNow partner specializing in Customer Workflows (CSM/FSM), IT Workflows (ITSM, ITAM) and Creator Workflows (AppEngine) A virtual team throughout the United States with headquarters in Virginia Devoted to doing the right thing for our clients and team by leading with a human-first culture An experienced team of consultants who are dedicated to having fun and adding value Open minded and always welcoming new ideas and approaches You Are: An experienced ServiceNow Account Executive with proven experience in ServiceNow solution or licensing sales Packing at least 3 years of ServiceNow account management experience with net new as well as existing clients Client-centric with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a dedication to building long-standing partnerships Well-versed in all ServiceNow product lines with specific experience presenting Customer, Creator, & IT Workflows Passionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takes An adventurer who wouldn't mind traveling up to 20% of the time What You'll Do: Identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory, including prospecting and sourcing Be a trusted advisor and coordinate with appropriate Servos team members to engage with and build rapport with client stakeholders Assist in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers Provide clear communication channels between Servos Solutions team and clients at all stages to keep transparent communication a priority Collaborate with the delivery team to stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow developments and leverage creative approaches to account management Track sales pipeline, forecast performance, and achieve assigned quota Participate in marketing and sales events What We Offer: A family first culture with unlimited PTO after your first year Health benefits with free coverage for you and competitive rates for your family 401k match and a variety of other benefits An investment in your continued growth and development with training opportunities and certifications The opportunity to make a difference with other ServiceNow experts who truly believe in teamwork and changing the world
