The Regional Director is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability within the Benelux region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to local market dynamics, leading and coaching a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key Vendors, Partners, and Customers. You will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the region, deep understanding of the Benelux markets, and the ability to deliver sustainable results in a competitive, fast-paced environment.**Accountabilities and activities*** Vendor Management + Develop and implement regional sales and go-to market strategies aligned with company objectives. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors + Demonstrate strong business acumen and negotiation skills to maximize profitability + Drive Vendor specific business planning and ensuring that team is effectively executing agreed plans and initiatives* Team Management + Lead, develop and mentor regional sales teams to achieve revenue, margin and growth targets + Set clear performance goals & KPIs and conduct regular reviews to ensure targets are met and foster a high performing culture + Encourage collaboration, accountability and continuous improvements within the team* Channel Development + Build and expand relationships with resellers, VARs, GSIs and MSPs in the region. + Support and ensure the team is delivering partner enablement programs, sales training, and joint marketing initiatives. + Support and help the team identifying and onboarding new channel partners to expand coverage* Business Growth + Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives + Analyse market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities + Collaborate with senior leadership to adapt strategies that ensure sustainable growth in revenue and market share* Operational Excellence + Partner closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of regional initiatives + Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership**Person Specification*** Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role* Strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable sales plans* Strong vendor and channel management expertise* Leadership and team development* Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills* Excellent communication and negotiation skillsIf you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply Our people make all the difference in our success.
