Technical Account Manager

We’re seeking a Associate Technical Account Manager to join our Client Experience team. In this role, you will guide KODE clients through successful adoption and utilization of our market-leading smart building operating system. As the primary point of long-term contact, you will work with multiple clients, client stakeholders, and KODE colleagues, to ensure successful onboarding ,adoption and utilization of our SaaS solutions driving towards quantifiable benefits and value delivery across a comprehensive suite of integrated smart building technologies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Collaborate with deployment team during turnover to ensure high quality deliverables that exceed client expectations
Onboard clients and users into KODE OS via presentations, workshops and training
Educate clients on KODE’s advanced smart building capabilities
Become an expert in KODE Labs' products and provide clients recommendations and guidance on how they can be leveraged to achieve their smart building goals
Build relationships across stakeholder roles; listen, understand, and solution both technical and business use cases
Drive adoption and engagement strategies related to release of new solutions and product updates
Collect, organize and share product feedback from clients with our product team
Establish regular cadence of communication with clients to ensure platform value is being fully realized, expected outcomes are being achieved, and client satisfaction is maximized
Collaborate with KODE Account Executives and Channel Partners to identify/develop potential upsell opportunities and advance strategic account plans
Requirements
+2 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Account Management in a data-centric solutions environment
Experience dealing with enterprise business clients in Real Estate, Facilities Operations, or Smart Building Management and Controls is preferred
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Versatility to work with different personality types across enterprise levels
Ability to learn engineering concepts and communicate them effectively
Creative problem-solving with strong analytical skills, being able to provide clients with effective solutions and technical direction
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once
Flexibility to travel in US and internationally as needed
Enthusiasm for and understanding of Smart Building, IoT, and mechanical systems
Bachelor's degree in Management, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields is preferred
