Compensation Package

FORGIVABLE/UNFORGIVABLE DRAW : We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a forgivable draw of $45k for the first 90 days, designed to support you during the initial phase of your employment. At the conclusion of 90 days, the draw will transition to an unforgivable status, meaning it will function as an advance on future commissions.

COMMISSION: 7-8% based on the gross profit margin of completed jobs. Gross profit is defined as: Sales Cost of Direct Labor (painters) Cost of Materials (paint & supplies)

PERFORMANCE BONUSES : Performance bonuses are awarded based on achieving specific performance markers that align with the businesss evolving needs and objectives. These markers are designed to incentivize excellence and will periodically adjust to reflect the goals of the company. Bonuses are disbursed quarterly, ensuring timely recognition of exceptional performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a full-time role as a W2 employee of the company and the hours will generally be from 8am5pm Monday through Friday with the occasional need for evening or weekend work taking part in trade shows, networking events, and/or industry events.
