- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring the success of our off-premise locations.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our off-premise locations, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all orders are prepared and delivered to our guests with 100% accuracy, and that our quality standards are consistently met.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our guests, team members, and management to ensure that our off-premise locations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during service, ensuring that our guests receive a positive experience.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience working in a full-service restaurant.
- Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift, frequent bending and stooping required, and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Language: Must be able to read and write English, and must be able to hear well in a loud environment.
