Position Title: RN – Clinical Staffing Pool

**This is a PRN position - hours, days and shifts will vary**

Overview : The Clinical Staffing Pool RN provides a full range of hospice nursing care to patients and families in care center, facilities and home settings. This position monitors patient's medical conditions and provides accurate reports to attending physician. They also coordinate case management of patient services and medical care, work in an interdisciplinary care setting to teach, assist, and support patient/family with the dying process. Due to business needs, will be required to work different shifts, teams and location, as needed. This will include traveling to the location needed for Haven’s patients. They work assigned weekends, after hours, and on-call shifts.

You Have:

Current Florida RN License required Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification (American Heart Association). Previous nursing experience preferred in oncology, hospice, palliative care, geriatrics, or home health care. Experience working with interdisciplinary team desired Alignment with the Haven mission, culture and values of collaboration, accountability, respectfulness, ethical behavior and service-driven. Ability to work non-judgmentally with persons of varied cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds and lifestyles.

Due to the vulnerable patients we serve, Haven strongly prefers individuals who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. However, vaccination is not required at this time.
