Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

  • Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, schedule service appointments and more.
  • Greet customers and offer additional services and special promotions
  • Follow status of vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, review completed work order with customer and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

  • Required: Automotive Service Advisor Experience
  • Non- Dealership Service Advisors should apply from Firestone, Goodyear, Pep Boys, Bridgestone, etc.
  • KIA/Hyundai Experience is a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
