Contract
Role: Sr. Technical Trainer
Compensation: Hourly up to $45/hour
Location: Hybrid: Jacksonville, FL – on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
Length of Contract: 6 months w/ high probability of extension
Our client is a global financial services/banking company having been in business for over 50 years.
Position Description:
- Deliver live in-person training to groups of 20-30.
- Design and Develop training materials.
- Quickly learn company's existing use of Pega.
- Quickly learn project high level objectives.
- Attend all required project related meetings.
- Assess and analyze all product deliverables for impact on business.
- Determine and recommend training topics.
- Work with training FTE to ensure best delivery to business.
Must have:
- Experience with live-in-person training.
- Experience with training Pega.
- Located on-site in Jacksonville Florida Tuesday-Thursday. No travel reimbursement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to English speaking audience.
Nice to have:
- Financial Services experience
- Equipment Leasing experience
- Agile Project experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with IBM-Pega Systems
- Financial Services/Banking background
- Senior level training w/ public speaking experience
