Pegasystems Trainer

Contract

Role: Pegasystems Trainer

Compensation: Hourly up to $45/hour

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Length of Contract: 6 months w/ high probability of extension

Our client, a global financial services company with a 50-year history, seeks a skilled Trainer to deliver in-person Pega training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn complex business processes and technical concepts

Responsibilities:

• Deliver live in-person training to groups of 20-30.
• Design and Develop training materials.
• Quickly learn the company’s existing use of Pega.
• Quickly learn project high level objectives.
• Will attend all required project related meetings.
• Assess and analyze all product deliverables for impact on business.
• Determine and recommend training topics.
• Work with training FTE to ensure the best delivery to business.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with IBM-Pega Systems
• Financial Services/Banking background
• Senior level training w/ public speaking experience
• Experience with live in-person training.
• Experience with training Pega
• Located on-site in Jacksonville Florida Tuesday-Thursday. No travel reimbursement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to English speaking audience

Nice to have:

Financial Services experience/Equipment Leasing experience/Agile Project experience.
