About the job Enterprise Business Development Representative ResponsibilitiesAs Enterprise BDR, you'llMost of the time:Develop and implement strategic outbound plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise payers, providers, and life sciencesBuild strategic outbound process to target key accounts and stakeholders at enterprise level organizationsWork closely with account executives to develop and execute outbound campaigns via custom emails, cold calls, social sellingDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and servicesSome of the time:Join prospect calls and professionally transition conversation to account executivesLead internal meetings and training sessionsDocument processes and make recommendations for improvementsConduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trendsCollaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Team and Revenue Operations to build enterprise outbound campaignsEvery now and then:Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and generate leadsRequirementsWhat you bring to the Enterprise BDR role:1+ years of Enterprise BDR/SDR experience a mix of health tech startups and/or SaaS startups,Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a clear repeatable processStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA strategic mind with a high attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Experience in selling software or technology solutionsExperience with Salesforce, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Google Suite, Notion, Slack, and Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, Groove, Revenue.ioStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslySelf starter and innate entrepreneurial ability
