We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support census and revenues, and promote marketing and sales. The position is Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

* Composes articles for the newsletters.

* Designs informational flyers and instructional guides.

* Conducts community tours.

* Manages customer records database by producing reports and providing user training.

* Oversees social media uploads and posts.

* Responds to inquiries and requests.

**The Successful Applicant must have:**

* Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.

* Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) software applications as well as the ability to learn new software applications, including customer records management software and photo manipulation/ desktop publishing software.

* Flexibility to work other days/times as scheduled and to attend required training.
