Through founder‑led sales we've scaled to multi‑six‑figure revenues, and we're now looking for our first dedicated sales hire to accelerate growth and shape our We're still right at the start of our journey to transform the $1 trillion legal industry. We're building an elite, customer obsessed team to execute on the new opportunities to approach law from an AI first perspective. Role Overview You will be responsible for building our sales function alongside the CEO from the ground up. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can generate revenue while also putting in place the systems, processes, and culture to scale. You will work very closely with the CEO, our GTM advisors and over time the expanding sales / marketing team. Key Objectives Drive revenue growth : Own pipeline generation and conversion across customer tracking, and funnel management. Build GTM stack : Expand beyond LinkedIn / events into scalable channels (email, Market mapping & segmentation : Develop strategies by jurisdiction, sector, and Customer success & expansion : Lead customer interactions, ensure net revenue retention, and design upsell / cross‑sell strategies. Partnerships & referrals : Identify and launch programmes that extend reach and drive growth. Sales‑led culture : Set the tone for a high‑performance sales organisation, with scope to hire and manage junior support. Leverage automation : Use tools to increase output without heavy headcount. Industry presence : Represent WilsonAI at conferences and help run our own events. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with ownership of the full sales process in an Legal tech experience a bonus, but not required.
