We are looking for top-tier Producers who know their way around high value & executive homes, exotic & collector cars, marine & recreational vehicles, high limit umbrellas, & niche coverages like personal cyber, jewelry, & high value collectibles.

Your core day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve objectives established in annual producer sales plan
  • Prospect new business by cold calling, referrals, natural market, target group, etc.
  • Determine insurance needs, inspect current policies, risk management plan, property, and records
  • Collect risk and underwriting info and develop specifications for new and existing business
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing business clients
  • Identify underwriting markets and design underwriting and service programs
  • Market new and existing accounts and complete submissions
  • Develop sales presentations and meet with clients
  • Handle major claims and follow through with service plan for existing business
  • Sell the account and/or cross sell unwritten portions of account
  • Participate in renewals by reviewing expiration list with service staff to determine appropriate action
  • Analyze policies and coverage for adequacy
  • Maintain production reports and attend sales meetings

You’ll need a Associate Degree or equivalent experience, and all the intangibles that go along with being a successful Producer; initiative, professionalism, accountability, and the ability to communicate, market, and close deals. A Property & Casualty Insurance License must be obtained within 90 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment along with the means to conduct local travel is required.

Our Compensation Agreement includes a base salary PLUS an extremely competitive commission package in addition to reimbursements and discounts. We’re able to align a plan with your current income.
