*Job Description:*

The *Director of Finance* will oversee all financial aspects of assigned facilities and is instrumental in driving financial strategy and planning. This position will serve as a member of the senior leadership team to provide analysis on new initiatives and business opportunities and will advise on impacts of risks and investments. This position will work directly with Centra's senior executives to provide financial data and analytics that drive business decisions at the systems level.

*We are looking for candidates with the following:*

· Finance experience in a setting, specifically

· Finance experience in the Heart & Vascular, and/or Brain & Spine service lines, ideally

_*\*\*\*\*This position will have a hybrid/remote schedule: First two weeks of employment will be fully *__*onsite*__*. Then, the schedule will move to being remote, but with one week *__*onsite*__ *required per quarter. *_

*Requirements:*

· *Required* Education: Bachelors Degree

· *Required* Experience: 5 Years

· Preferred Experience: Hospital finance experience
