Summary

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to increase our sales and market share in all segments. This person will be responsible for overall sales of XPEL products in their assigned territory. The automotive market encompasses the automobile aftermarket, including window tint installers, body shops, franchises, and independent professional installers as well as new car dealerships. The building and construction market includes architects, engineers, window tint companies and other energy efficiency and related industries. This position is salary plus commissions with a great benefits package. Core Duties

• Dedicated sales focus for the assigned territory • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis • Monitor and analyze customers' usage of our products and introduce new products • Manage/develop business relationships and providing management summary reports as required • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers • Meet or exceed growth of gross margin objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace • Perform individual market analysis within the territory to develop new customer and conquest strategies • Follow up on sales leads • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executive sponsors • Responsible for working with the Sales Administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships • Update job knowledge by participating in internal educational training; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks • Working closely with install operations manager • Go outbound to create new opportunities for growth, as necessary The Right Candidate Will

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field/equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, preferably within the Marine industry • Highly motivated and organized • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skills • Ability to travel as required • Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record .• Make appropriate judgments, customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) XPEL, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity
