Description of Role: We are seeking an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. This opportunity is located near the NW side of San Antonio. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining employee records
  • Engage in conversation with employees and PEO (Insperity)
  • Creating and amending HR documents, including employment contracts
  • Supporting HR directors and managers to perform their daily responsibilities
  • Support Payroll and Receptionist duties as needed
  • Reviewing company policies

Skills & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or similar role
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • 2 years. min. Payroll experience
  • Construction industry experience is a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
