Job Description

Purpose

The Forecasting Center of Excellence Analyst will support the consolidation of Net Sales planning and reporting for the US Commercial organization. This position is responsible for consolidating US Commercial Net Sales including supporting variance analysis, commentary and other supplemental analyses for all planning and reporting cycles including Plan, Update, LBE, LRP and monthly Actual reporting. The analyst will develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the business through communication with Sales Forecasting, Price Forecasting, and US Commercial Finance Planning and Reporting teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and provide comprehensive sales forecasting activities including consolidation of Net Sales planning and reporting by brand including price/volume variance calculations, and Channel/Demand variance consolidation as appropriate for all planning and monthly reporting cycles.
  • Consolidation and upload of SKU level monthly forecast detail for use by Supply Chain Operations.
  • Weekly Sales report and supplemental commentary, as needed.
  • Assists with consolidation of Months of Supply planning and reporting metrics for Key Brands including inventory and demand.
  • Assists with consolidation of Key Metrics to support Investor Relations, MABI, and Incentive Compensation reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support on sales-related deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong communication skills and customer support.
  • Strong financial, analytical, proactive and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient Excel skills required.
  • Experience with PowerBI and BPC preferred.
