Job Brief

The Organizational Design Specialist will be responsible for implementing a organizational design process and partnering with various business units to execute organizations design and development initiatives.



What you will do

Develop and implement organizational design strategies and solutions to support transformations and reorganizations
Analyze and assess current organizational structures and align with business goals and stated objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and design effective organizational solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during restructuring.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in organizational design.
Provide support to managers and employees on new organizational structures and processes.
Work closely with HR COES to align organizational design with talent management and development strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in organizational design and development.



What you will need to Succeed

Strong understanding of organizational design principles with proficiency in organizational design and development tools and software. Minimum 3-5 years relevant job experience.
Experience leading large scale organizational design initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to influence others.
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of HR legal compliance requirements.

Educational requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
