WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at a community in the San Diego, CA area. This position is a Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Weekends Required

RESPONSIBILITES

Outreach

Identify, research and establish relationships with community organization and agencies that can provide resources to residents.
Ensure that community, educational and governmental resources are reputable and have appropriate certifications and/or credentials.
Coordinate marketing and outreach activities to enhance resident awareness of programs.
Conduct and coordinate outreach efforts to individuals and families who may require social service agency assistance.
Serve as a liaison and advocate with outside social service agencies.

Resident Liaison

Identify residents who are in need of services, establish relationships with them to determine and identify their specific needs, advise of services available and maintain effective awareness of their status.
Services Identify services, resources, activities, and recognized programs available to residents and disseminate the information to them.
Monitor and evaluate services that are provided and make necessary recommendations and changes that will better serve residents.
Identify, develop and coordinate training opportunities on wide range of topics for residents.
Educate residents on outside and community services available.

Resident Training, Education and Monthly Meetings

Develop and maintain detailed resource manual/guide that provides information regarding services and programs available to residents.
Plan, schedule, attend, prepare agenda and notify residents of monthly meetings.
Introduce guest speakers at the meetings and ensure that resident’s questions and needs are being addressed.
Monthly Calendar Create and maintain monthly activity calendar and provide to community manager.
Reports Develop and prepare monthly reports documenting services provided, coordination of services, cases that have been managed and program effectiveness to comply with Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) requirements.
