A key member of Hidden Harbor’s Administrative team, the Office Manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


  • Serving as the steward of the organization’s culture and drive, employee engagement, and morale
  • Providing administrative support to the office personnel and Partner group
  • Collaborating with leaders across the portfolio of brands
  • Onboarding employees, coordinating new hire training sessions, and serving as a liaison when it comes to employee benefits
  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport



Qualification

  • At least five (5) years of experience providing administrative support for office personnel and/or Partner group
  • Experience onboarding employees, and coordinating and scheduling new hire training sessions
  • Experience updating internal databases with new hire information and administering TriNet with employee information
  • Experience overseeing employee handbooks and creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
  • Expertise when it comes to reviewing and assisting the company with payroll and making changes necessary on a per-case basis
  • Experience assisting when it comes to Accounts Payable, and employee expense reimbursement review and approval
