Head Of Business DevelopmentThe Head Of Business Development will build and scale marketing, outbound sales, and strategic partnerships to drive new customer growth and expand business opportunities for Shield Technology Partners and its MSP partners.This role is for a builder - someone who thrives on solving challenges, aligning teams, and delivering real results in a fast-moving environment. The right candidate will develop scalable strategies from the ground up while equipping local teams with the tools to succeed. This role requires up to 10% travel.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Shield's business development strategy and execution to drive new customer growth.Build and run a repeatable outbound sales motion using modern tools and data-driven targeting.Shape go-to-market messaging and positioning for Shield and its partners.Grow market presence through channel, industry, and strategic partnerships.Hire and develop a high-performing BDR / SDR team.Align growth initiatives with partner capabilities and Shield's technology investments, including AI.Skills, Knowledge And Expertise7+ years leading business development or sales - either in MSP / IT services or in building high-growth, tech-enabled sales teams.Track record of creating and scaling outbound programs that deliver new logo revenue. grasp of go-to-market strategy and consultative selling.Experience hiring, coaching, and developing sales teams.Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools; interest in using AI to improve performance.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.About Shield Technology PartnersWe specialize in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
