This role requires up to 10% travel.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Shield's business development strategy and execution to drive new customer growth.Build and run a repeatable outbound sales motion using modern tools and data-driven targeting.Shape go-to-market messaging and positioning for Shield and its partners.Grow market presence through channel, industry, and strategic partnerships.Hire and develop a high-performing BDR / SDR team.Align growth initiatives with partner capabilities and Shield's technology investments, including AI.Skills, Knowledge And Expertise7+ years leading business development or sales - either in MSP / IT services or in building high-growth, tech-enabled sales teams.Track record of creating and scaling outbound programs that deliver new logo revenue. grasp of go-to-market strategy and consultative selling.Experience hiring, coaching, and developing sales teams.Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools; interest in using AI to improve performance.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.About Shield Technology PartnersWe specialize in delivering innovative solutions and exceptional services to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
