Dispatching and Shipping/Receiving: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely dispatching of orders and receiving of incoming shipments. Safety Focus: Prioritize safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Team Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and guiding warehouse team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of excellence.
