Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, ideally within the logistics or freight forwarding sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of effectively managing and inspiring a small team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methodologies.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset in managing warehouse activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating collaboration across departments.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
