Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and ensure that all orders are fulfilled within designated Service Level Agreements.
  • Establish new accounts through client referrals and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Provide quotes and order information to customers and demonstrate knowledge of our products.
  • Provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and find solutions to customer problems.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Positive and professional attitude.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to occasionally lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Consistently lift/carry 10-20 pounds.
