Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the daily operations of all four warehouses, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective warehousing processes to enhance storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and ongoing improvement within the warehouse teams.
  • Oversee inventory levels across all locations, ensuring accuracy and timely stock replenishment to meet customer needs.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and apply best practices for inventory control.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient routing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, cut costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Explore and implement technological solutions and automation to streamline warehouse operations.
  • Manage the logistics budget, covering labor, equipment, and operational expenses to meet financial goals.
  • Ensure all warehouse operations comply with food safety standards, health regulations, and other relevant laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory, shipments, and safety protocols.
  • Generate performance reports on warehouse metrics, inventory levels, and shipping efficiency to guide management decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
  • Deep understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on staff motivation and development.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards pertinent to the food and beverage sector.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
