DETAILS: 

  • Train to assemble vehicles and automotive parts at Honda 
  • Rotating Shift: 2 Weeks on 1st & 2 Weeks on 2nd- Best of both worlds 
    • 2 Weeks on 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 
    • 2 Weeks on 2nd shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (premium shift pay) 

Hourly Pay Rate: 1st Shift - $19.30 | 2nd Shift - $20.40 

  • Weekly Pay 

Qualifications: 

  • NO experience is needed we complete on-the-job training 
  • At least 18 years of age 
  • Able to work rotating shifts 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced factory production assembly environment around conveyors and forklifts 
  • Able to continuously walk, stand, and occasional reach throughout your shift.  
  • Able to lift and carry parts up to max of 40 lbs. 
  • Available to work overtime, as required. 

Manufacturing Associates Summer Student Program employees would work in Stamping, Welding, Painting, Die Casting, Machining, and Automobile Assembly.  Alabama Auto Plant operates power tools, paint spray guns and welders.  Associates may be assigned to different workstations as production assembly needs change.
