This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
Role Summary:
Under general supervision, the Manufacturing Associate engages in production activities within a warehouse setting.
Individuals in this role are responsible for assembling, kitting, and co-packing products efficiently while adhering to the highest safety and quality standards.
Operates machinery such as ink jet printers, pallet jacks, conveyor systems, case sealers, etc. Performs repetitive physical tasks.Key Responsibilities:
*Participate in the production line with consistent speed and precision. Co-pack and assemble components.
*Ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
*Strive to enhance productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
*Execute packaging tasks including product assembly, box preparation, packing, and sealing.
*Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with diligence.
*Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet quotas and objectives.
*Adhere to all safety protocols and report any safety issues to management.
*Follow all written and verbal directives.
*Attend all safety and production training sessions.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production or packing preferred.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Effective communication skills to address questions and requests.
- Interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships.
- Proven customer service, problem-solving, and common-sense abilities.
Physical Demands:
Employees must be capable of performing the following physical tasks for extended periods, with or without assistance.
- Navigating around equipment
- Bending and stooping
- Pushing carts weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Utilizing a pallet jack
- Lifting boxes or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
Work Environment:
Work is conducted in a manufacturing setting with forklifts and production machinery.
Employees may encounter noise from equipment and may be exposed to elevated temperatures, high heat, occasional fumes, toxic substances, and airborne particles.
