Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director for our Outpatient Cancer Center. In this pivotal role, you will lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered cancer care. You will be responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and fostering a supportive environment that promotes the well-being of both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management:
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and expand outreach.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the standard of care.
  • Patient Care Excellence:
  • Ensure a seamless, compassionate patient experience by enhancing care coordination and support services.
  • Advocate for patient-centered approaches and integrate holistic care practices.
  • Collaboration:
  • Build strong partnerships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote awareness and accessibility of services.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care strategies.
  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the center.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Quality Improvement:
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics to ensure excellence in patient care and safety.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Must have BSN, MT License
  • Minimum preferred is 5 years in leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or outpatient care.
  • Strong understanding of cancer treatment modalities and patient care protocols.
  • Proven track record of successful team management and operational oversight.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
