- Navigator RN — Radiology Oncology Unit — Providence St. Patrick Hospital Missoula, MT
- Collaborates closely with physicians, clinical trial coordinator, social work, patient financial coordinator(s), medication assistance staff, chaplains, dietician, genetic counseling, the Foundation and volunteers to provide comprehensive navigation services to patients, families and the community at large.
- The RN Cancer Care Program Navigator works collaboratively with the Tumor Registry staff to assist with and assure compliance for all cancer accredited programs.
- The RN Cancer Care Program Navigator works in concert with the patient and family as well as the physician and clinical team in providing services throughout all phases of the cancer continuum, including prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care.
- The RN Cancer Care Navigator will serve as a knowledgeable individual who will afford patients convenient access to needed cancer program services, facilities and equipment that may not be readily available or accessible without assistance or intervention on their behalf.
