Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Adult Therapies team at Community Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them achieve their recovery, mobility, and independence goals. You will have the opportunity to exercise our core values and make a difference every day by improving the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and strategies to promote independence and self-care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed as a physical therapist in the State of Montana.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with public speaking.
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must obtain BLS for Healthcare Provider within 3 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prefer one year of experience in a hospital setting.
