Position Summary We seek an accomplished Operations Director / Deputy Director to establish and lead our Silicon Valley operational headquarters. This executive role demands a visionary leader capable of building and scaling operations for one of the world's most promising clean energy companies. As the operational leader for our Silicon Valley base, you will translate strategic vision into operational excellence, ensuring that our innovation engine delivers tangible results. This position mirrors the scope and impact of senior operational roles at leading EV companies like NIO, requiring a leader who can drive both strategic development and day-to-day execution across our core operations.
