Key Responsibilities Define data requirements, write application specifications, and design for mainframe and .NET processing based on business requirements. Write programs in .NET and COBOL, and develop the necessary JCL. Conduct unit testing for each module and create test plans for integration testing. Migrate programs to production and perform post-production validation of the implementation. Qualifications 84+ months of experience, able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience. Preferred: 84 months experience with COBOL/CICS/JCL on z/OS 4.2.0/V3.2. 84 months experience with DB2/SQL Version 10. 72 months experience with Endevor Version 15/0. 84 months experience with XML version 1.0. 36 months experience with SOA. 36 months experience with SoapUI/WSDL version 3.5.1. 48 months experience working with a governmental agency. 60 months experience with Assembler. 60 months experience with CA-Intertest. 72 months experience with AAMVA Unified Network Interface (UNI).
