HBITS-07-14420 - Software Architect - Expert National Accuracy Clearinghouse (NAC) - Onboarding with USDA FNS & Upgrade Project (PRJ0251765). Location: Albany, NY | Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Day-to-Day Responsibilities Primary development for the RFMS application. Primary development for other projects as necessary. Provide expertise and guidance to lower-level programming staff. Assist with architectural overview of new proposed applications. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned. Work independently with Program area staff to understand requirements of the system. Mandatory and Requested Qualifications 84+ months experience as a Software Architect, making high-level design choices and dictating technical standards. 84+ months experience developing and deploying n-tier ASP.NET Web apps using VB.NET web services. 84+ months experience coding with C#. 36 months experience developing applications utilizing ASP.NET MVC. 72 months experience using Oracle and/or SQL, including SQL programming, stored procedures, and Oracle packages. 36 months experience creating n-tiered applications utilizing Microsoft’s Entity Framework. 36 months experience creating n-tiered applications with JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Wijmo. 12 months experience using responsive web design such as Bootstrap. 24 months experience developing projects related to social services (e.g., Food Stamps, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF) or accounting.
