Job Summary: The Manufacturing Operations Manager will have leadership responsibility for all manufacturing including production supervision, engineering, facilities, maintenance, and shipping in a non-union environment to meet key operational metrics and strategic objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities: Plan for long term capacity to efficiently and cost effectively meet customer demand. Workforce development for knowledge and skills required for manufacturing flexibility. Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. Drive output measures for efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Assists in scheduling and coordination of downtime for machine maintenance. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions as required. Build a trusting relationship with workgroup. Recruit, manage and develop plant staff. Production planning and scheduling Direct responsibility for continuous improvement engineering activity along with corresponding project management. Address employees’ issues or grievances though conflict resolution tactics. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production facility.

Required Skills/Abilities: Experience with business and management concepts (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources) ISO 13485 QMS system knowledge preferred. Microsoft office proficiency Strong communication (written and oral) and organizational skills Exceptional interpersonal relationship and leadership skills

Education and Experience: BS degree in engineering or business 7 years of experience manufacturing operations supervision. Project management Direct work experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
