Job Overview

Pepin Manufacturing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to affected personnel to ensure a seamless transition of knowledge and skills.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of existing equipment and processes through Work Instructions, ensuring compliance with Quality System parameters and specifications.
  • Offer troubleshooting support for all operations, identifying and resolving issues to optimize equipment and process performance.
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma tools and philosophies to drive continuous improvement in our current and future products and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager, Product Managers, Sales Team, and Manufacturing Team to develop, configure, and optimize processes from inception to full production.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
