Administrative assistant to the Center Director at The Learning Experience Loveland West will support the office to ensure efficient operation of the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Greet families and children in a professional and positive manner
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Maintain children and staff filings
-Schedule tours and appointments and maintain calendars
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory
-Assist with document preparation and proofreading
-Assist with event planning and coordination
-Assist with giving teacher breaks
-Assist Management with other duties as warranted

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills
-Proven experience as an administrative or office assistant
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION:
-Associate Degree or higher preferred
-High School diploma

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
